See what your papers say,
and don't say, before you sign.

Upload an Australian contract of sale and the vendor's disclosure papers. ReadyToSign reads the papers, quotes the line behind each problem, checks the state planning map, and hands you the questions to send.

    How it works

A building inspection for the paperwork.

    01

    Read

Your papers against the disclosure rules of the state named in them, or the state you pick if they don't say. Very long papers are trimmed, and the report says so.

    02

    Verify

Each quote is matched back to your text and page. If it can't be found, it is never shown as confirmed.

    03

    Check

Zoning and overlays from the state planning map, each marked checked, failed or not available, with its source.

    Questions

    Before you upload.

    Is this legal advice?

No. ReadyToSign says what your papers support and what they leave out. A major finding is a reason to stop and ask your conveyancer, not a reason to rely on this page alone.

    Which states does it handle?

ReadyToSign reads papers from every state and territory, but the depth of checks varies. VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and ACT have state-specific document checklists. For WA, TAS and NT we check the title and common risks only. Online planning checks run for VIC (zones, overlays, bushfire), NSW (zoning only), WA (region scheme zones), TAS (zones and code overlays) and ACT (zones and overlays). QLD, SA and NT are read from your papers only. See what is connected.

    What happens to my PDF?

It stays on your device. Text is extracted in your browser and only that text is sent. Reports are deleted after 7 days. Privacy in full.

    My contract is a scan.

ReadyToSign runs text recognition in your browser and tells you if a page was too faint to read reliably.

    Do you read strata papers?

Yes. Add the owners corporation or body corporate certificate, strata report, AGM minutes or levy notices with the contract. The report pulls out special levies, the sinking or capital works fund, defects, disputes and by-law issues, quoted from the papers.

    Can I share a report?

Yes. Download it as a PDF and send it to whoever you like, such as your conveyancer.
