What we check, and what we can't.
Every report lists each check as checked partial failed or not available, with the source and the time it ran. Gaps are shown as gaps: not found, not available or unreadable.
Your papers
The main reading. Each finding quotes your papers; the quote is matched back to your extracted text to find the file and page. A finding whose quote cannot be found is marked unverified and its severity is lowered.

Flood, bushfire, heritage and school zones
Point checks on official state maps for the mapped address, run while your papers are being read. Where no public service exists the report says "Could not check".
